You talk to the owner who builds it.
It is Sunday night. A homeowner in Garretson has a deck on his to-do list. He pulls out his phone and Googles 'deck builder Garretson SD.' Three contractors show up. Yours is on page two, behind a national lead-gen site that does not even build the deck. He calls the first one and stops looking. That is the lead you just lost.
A competitor's site shows up first in Garretson searches. Yours does not. The why is structural, not a copy tweak.
Your current site is one page and ranks for nothing.
The lead form sends you an email once a week, maybe.
You serve 8 towns and have one Service Area page that lists them all.
The agency that built it disappeared, and nobody else will touch it.
Most websites are 5-page brochures. Yours becomes a matrix: every service you sell, in every town you cover, on its own page that ranks for the search that matches it. The page count compounds. The ranking compounds. So does the lead flow.
Same approach, three different home-service industries. These numbers come from the live sites running today.
Service-by-town matrix built around the franchisee's dealer network. Currently the highest-ranking AAC franchisee in their territory.
Replaced a slow WordPress site with 99 legacy URL redirects preserved so the existing search rankings carried over instead of dying in 404s.
Most contractors we talk to have already been pitched by a marketing agency with a glossy deck. Here is what we do differently and why it costs less.
Six months from now, your inbox pings while you are pouring footings, because a homeowner two streets over just filled out the form on the kitchen-remodel page you did not even know was bringing leads. You quote 30% more than you used to and they say yes, because the site reads like a contractor who knows what he is doing, not a Yellow Pages ad in a website costume.
Week 1Discovery call done. Sitemap of every service-by-town page approved.
Week 2Site live at your domain. Indexed by Google the same day.
Month 3Ranking in the top three for 20+ long-tail searches across Garretson and nearby.
Month 6Phone ringing weekly from local search. Calendar booked 6 weeks out.
Month to month · Bring your domain · We build, host and own the site · Walk away whenever
For reference A full year of this is less than what most contractor-marketing agencies charge for the discovery deck.
Same price whether your site has 20 pages or 200. Hosting, updates, Google Business Profile, and the lead form all included. Nothing extra to bolt on, nothing metered, no surprise invoice when traffic grows.
What is in the $497: design, build, hosting, lead form, Google Business Profile management, monthly content updates, and the owner who built your site picking up the phone when you call. No middlemen, no per-page upcharges, no offshore subcontracting.
How it works: you are subscribing to the website, not buying it. We build it, host it, and keep adding to it every month, and it stays ours — that is why nothing is due up front and nothing ties you in. Your domain is yours and so is every lead it brings you. Cancel and the site comes down, and we point your domain wherever you say.

Flat $497 a month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any time. That covers the custom website, hosting, security, contact form, and monthly copy and search updates. Domain registration is included if you do not own one yet.
Usually one to two weeks from our first call. The last two sites we launched went live in 10 days and 6 days. Your Garretson site can be ranking the same week.
The owner. One studio in Wisconsin. No middlemen, no overseas teams, no offshore subcontracting. We work with US companies only. Garretson is one of 47 South Dakota towns we cover, plus markets across the Upper Midwest.
No. We build contractor websites for contractors across South Dakota including Sioux Falls, Brandon, and Dell Rapids. Every contractor client we work with gets a page for every town they serve, not just the one they are based in.
You keep your domain and every lead the site captured. The website itself stays ours - it is a service we build, host, and run, not a file we hand over - so we take it offline and point your domain wherever you want. No exit fee. No fine print. Same policy for Garretson clients as anywhere else.
Nobody honest will promise you a Google ranking, and we will not either. What we promise is the work: a site built right, set up for local search from day one, with a real page for contractor website design in Garretson so you actually have a shot at ranking. That is more than most of your competitors have.
Garretson is a small Sioux Falls-area community. The residential base and the proximity to the metro keep service trades busy.
Garretson carries just one National Register historic district, Split Rock Creek Park, alongside five individual listings - the First National Bank of Garretson, the storefront at 529 North Main, the Palisades and Split Rock Park bridges, and the Slip Up Creek Homestead. Everything else is ordinary small-plains housing stock, mostly wood-frame homes on a compact grid of roughly 1,140 people, with older roofs, siding, and foundations a local trade can actually get to. The work here is repair and replacement on real houses, not restoration inside a protected district.
Garretson is a Sioux Falls commuter town, about 17 miles northeast of the city, where most residents drive alone to work on a commute near 26 minutes and median household income runs close to $60,000. The population has slipped a little since the 2020 census count of 1,226, so this is a stable bedroom community rather than a boom market, and the buyer is a homeowner who wants the exterior handled once and handled right. Weekend traffic also flows in from tourism, with Devil's Gulch just off Main and Palisades State Park a few minutes south, a 435-acre park off I-90 whose quartzite cliffs pull in campers, climbers, and photographers.
The defining feature is the Sioux quartzite itself: Split Rock Creek cuts around town through Devil's Gulch, an 18-foot chasm where legend says Jesse James leaped his horse to shake a posse after the 1876 Northfield, Minnesota raid, and the same billion-year-old stone rises to 50-foot walls at Palisades. That creek is a tributary of the Big Sioux, and this is far eastern South Dakota hard against the Minnesota line, where winters run brutal and frost drives deep. Footings, deck posts, and concrete have to reach below the frost line or they heave, so exterior work here lives or dies on how well it is anchored against the cold.
The page you are reading is one of 21 service pages built for Garretson alone. Each one targets the specific search a buyer in this market actually types. That is the matrix at work, scaled to a single city.
Tell us about your business. We get back the same business day. No sales deck, no pressure. The owner who builds your site is the one who answers the phone.
30-minute call, no deck, no upsell. We look at your business, your market, and tell you straight whether the Bindingstone approach fits.
