It is 11 p.m. on a 95-degree night in Saint Francis. Somebody's AC just died. They reach for the phone, Google 'AC repair Saint Francis,' and call whichever HVAC company loads first with a number visible. Right now that company is whoever bought a Google Ads slot this week, not the HVAC company who has been doing the work in this market for fifteen years. You.
A competitor's site shows up first in Saint Francis searches. Yours does not. The why is structural, not a copy tweak.
Emergency calls go to whichever HVAC company shows up first in Google. That is rarely you.
You install three different brands but your site only mentions one.
Maintenance plan signups happen by phone because the site has no online way to ask.
You serve six towns and a chunk of two counties, but your site lists "Greater Madison area".
Most websites are 5-page brochures. Yours becomes a matrix: every service you sell, in every town you cover, on its own page that ranks for the search that matches it. The page count compounds. The ranking compounds. So does the lead flow.
Same approach, three different home-service industries. These numbers come from the live sites running today.
Service-by-town matrix built around the franchisee's dealer network. Currently the highest-ranking AAC franchisee in their territory.
Replaced a slow WordPress site with 99 legacy URL redirects preserved so the existing search rankings carried over instead of dying in 404s.
Most HVAC companies we talk to have already been pitched by a marketing agency with a glossy deck. Here is what we do differently and why it costs less.
A year in, the after-hours phone is the calendar-builder, not the panic line. The site ranks for 'AC repair,' 'furnace install,' 'mini-split,' and 'duct cleaning' in Saint Francis and three nearby towns. Maintenance-plan signups happen through a form because the page selling them actually exists. You spend less on Google Ads and more on the crew.
Week 1Service-and-town matrix approved (AC, furnace, ductwork, IAQ x every town you cover).
Week 2Site live. 24-hour phone sticky on every page. GBP refreshed.
Month 3Ranking for emergency search terms in Saint Francis and your top three nearby towns.
Month 6After-hours calls come to you first. Maintenance-plan signups going through the site.
Month to month · Bring your domain · We build, host and own the site · Walk away whenever
For reference A full year of this is less than what most contractor-marketing agencies charge for the discovery deck.
Same price whether your site has 20 pages or 200. Hosting, updates, Google Business Profile, and the lead form all included. Nothing extra to bolt on, nothing metered, no surprise invoice when traffic grows.
What is in the $497: design, build, hosting, lead form, Google Business Profile management, monthly content updates, and the owner who built your site picking up the phone when you call. No middlemen, no per-page upcharges, no offshore subcontracting.
How it works: you are subscribing to the website, not buying it. We build it, host it, and keep adding to it every month, and it stays ours — that is why nothing is due up front and nothing ties you in. Your domain is yours and so is every lead it brings you. Cancel and the site comes down, and we point your domain wherever you say.

The owner. One studio in Wisconsin. No middlemen, no overseas teams, no offshore subcontracting. We work with US companies only. Saint Francis is one of 110 Wisconsin towns we cover, plus markets across the Upper Midwest.
No. We build hvac websites for HVAC companies across Wisconsin including Cudahy, Milwaukee, and South Milwaukee. Every HVAC company client we work with gets a page for every town they serve, not just the one they are based in.
You keep your domain and every lead the site captured. The website itself stays ours - it is a service we build, host, and run, not a file we hand over - so we take it offline and point your domain wherever you want. No exit fee. No fine print. Same policy for Saint Francis clients as anywhere else.
Nobody honest will promise you a Google ranking, and we will not either. What we promise is the work: a site built right, set up for local search from day one, with a real page for hvac website design in Saint Francis so you actually have a shot at ranking. That is more than most of your competitors have.
Saint Francis sits between Milwaukee and the southern lakefront suburbs. The compact residential base keeps recurring trade work steady year-round.
St. Francis is one of the smallest suburbs by area in Milwaukee County, about 2.55 square miles, and it built out early: farmers settled the bluff around 1834, the electric streetcar reached the edges by 1890, and the population had already peaked near 10,460 by 1970. It has no National Register historic district - the one listing is Henni Hall at the seminary, added in 1974 - so the rest is ordinary Milwaukee-adjacent housing, prewar bungalows and workers' cottages filled in with postwar ranches. The median owner-occupied home is worth about $234,500 and roughly half of all units sit in multi-unit buildings, which means the work here is re-roofing, siding, and mechanical replacement on aging small homes rather than new construction.
St. Francis sits about five miles south of downtown Milwaukee, wedged between the city, Cudahy, and Lake Michigan, with General Mitchell International Airport pressing on its western edge; it incorporated in 1951 mainly to keep Milwaukee from annexing it. The old tax anchor was the lakefront Lakeside Power Plant, completed in 1921, but this is a bedroom suburb: median household income runs about $57,368 and only about half the homes are owner-occupied. That produces a mixed buyer, working middle-income owners of older homes plus a growing landlord and condo market, since the Lake Parkway that opened in 1999 and new lakefront rentals like the 236-unit 42 Hundred on the Lake have pulled investment back to the water.
The city is named for St. Francis de Sales Seminary, which Archbishop John Henni founded in 1845 and which is the oldest Roman Catholic seminary in continuous operation in the country; it has graduated more than 4,000 priests, and the Archdiocese of Milwaukee later moved its offices here. That church land is the historic core, but the fact that decides most exterior jobs is the lake: St. Francis fronts Lake Michigan along its entire east side, so wind off the water and hard freeze-thaw cycles punish east-facing walls, roofs, and any coating or flashing that was not installed for it. A contractor who understands lakefront exposure, and can say so, has an edge over one quoting the same job as if it were inland.
The page you are reading is one of 21 service pages built for Saint Francis alone. Each one targets the specific search a buyer in this market actually types. That is the matrix at work, scaled to a single city.
Tell us about your business. We get back the same business day. No sales deck, no pressure. The owner who builds your site is the one who answers the phone.
30-minute call, no deck, no upsell. We look at your business, your market, and tell you straight whether the Bindingstone approach fits.
