It is March in Burlington and the lawn is half-thawed. The homeowner is on her phone Googling 'lawn care Burlington' before the snow is gone, because she does not want to be a month late on signup like last year. Whoever has a real service-and-town page closes the season. The rest of you scramble for what is left in May.
A competitor's site shows up first in Burlington searches. Yours does not. The why is structural, not a copy tweak.
Spring rush brings 100 calls in two weeks then nothing books for July.
Your hardscape portfolio is your best work, but the site buries it on one services page.
Snow contracts get signed in October, but you have no online way to capture inquiries.
Three other landscapers in town have nicer websites than you.
Most websites are 5-page brochures. Yours becomes a matrix: every service you sell, in every town you cover, on its own page that ranks for the search that matches it. The page count compounds. The ranking compounds. So does the lead flow.
Same approach, three different home-service industries. These numbers come from the live sites running today.
Service-by-town matrix built around the franchisee's dealer network. Currently the highest-ranking AAC franchisee in their territory.
Replaced a slow WordPress site with 99 legacy URL redirects preserved so the existing search rankings carried over instead of dying in 404s.
By next spring, your seasonal signup is filled by March 1, not by July 4. Mowing, fertilization, weed control, landscape design, hardscaping, and snow removal: each pulls leads from its own search in every town. The customer signed up months before the first cut because your site spoke to her in February when she was actually shopping.
Week 1Service-and-season matrix approved.
Week 2Site live with online signup form and seasonal landing pages.
Month 3Ranking for spring-signup and seasonal-service searches across Burlington.
Month 6Whole season booked weeks before the work starts.
Month to month · Bring your domain · We build, host and own the site · Walk away whenever
For reference A full year of this is less than what most contractor-marketing agencies charge for the discovery deck.
Same price whether your site has 20 pages or 200. Hosting, updates, Google Business Profile, and the lead form all included. Nothing extra to bolt on, nothing metered, no surprise invoice when traffic grows.
What is in the $497: design, build, hosting, lead form, Google Business Profile management, monthly content updates, and the owner who built your site picking up the phone when you call. No middlemen, no per-page upcharges, no offshore subcontracting.
How it works: you are subscribing to the website, not buying it. We build it, host it, and keep adding to it every month, and it stays ours — that is why nothing is due up front and nothing ties you in. Your domain is yours and so is every lead it brings you. Cancel and the site comes down, and we point your domain wherever you say.

Book a 30-minute call. We pull up your current site, your competitor's site, and Google Search results in Burlington side by side. You leave the call knowing what is costing you leads and what fixing it would look like. No deck, no upsell.
Flat $497 a month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any time. That covers the custom website, hosting, security, contact form, and monthly copy and search updates. Domain registration is included if you do not own one yet.
Usually one to two weeks from our first call. The last two sites we launched went live in 10 days and 6 days. Your Burlington site can be ranking the same week.
The owner. One studio in Wisconsin. No middlemen, no overseas teams, no offshore subcontracting. We work with US companies only. Burlington is one of 50 North Dakota towns we cover, plus markets across the Upper Midwest.
No. We build landscaping websites for landscaping companies across North Dakota including and Minot. Every landscaping company client we work with gets a page for every town they serve, not just the one they are based in.
You keep your domain and every lead the site captured. The website itself stays ours - it is a service we build, host, and run, not a file we hand over - so we take it offline and point your domain wherever you want. No exit fee. No fine print. Same policy for Burlington clients as anywhere else.
Nobody honest will promise you a Google ranking, and we will not either. What we promise is the work: a site built right, set up for local search from day one, with a real page for landscaping website design in Burlington so you actually have a shot at ranking. That is more than most of your competitors have.
Burlington is a small community west of Minot. The bedroom-community housing and the surrounding service area keep service trades busy.
Burlington has no National Register historic district, so there is no protected old fabric to work around here, just a small river town that keeps getting rebuilt. The 2011 flood is the reason: floodwaters put roughly 80 percent of the town under evacuation, and homes closest to the Des Lacs and the Mouse were bought out and demolished for flood control, with some damage still not fully repaired years later. What is left is a mix of modest older stock and newer or rebuilt houses, and that flood-recovery cycle keeps roofers, siding crews, foundation and basement people, and HVAC and remodeling trades busy.
This is a residential town that runs on Minot. Burlington sits in the Minot metropolitan area a few miles northwest of the city, and most working residents commute in to Minot and the wider Ward County economy, which is anchored by Minot Air Force Base as one of the region's largest employers. The population grew about 21.8 percent between 2010 and 2020, to 1,291 people, so the buyer here is the local home-service contractor chasing homeowners across the Minot metro rather than any downtown Main Street trade.
The defining fact is water. Burlington was founded in 1883 at the confluence of the Des Lacs and Mouse (Souris) rivers, which makes it the oldest city in Ward County and in north-central and northwestern North Dakota, and it was the county seat from 1884 until it lost an 1888 election to Minot. That same river fork is why the 2011 Souris flood, rated by the Army Corps as a two-to-five-century event, hit so hard: the Des Lacs jumped several feet in a day and merged into an already-swollen Mouse right at the town, a flood-risk reality any local trade should quote and build around.
The page you are reading is one of 21 service pages built for Burlington alone. Each one targets the specific search a buyer in this market actually types. That is the matrix at work, scaled to a single city.
Tell us about your business. We get back the same business day. No sales deck, no pressure. The owner who builds your site is the one who answers the phone.
