It is March in Lincoln and the lawn is half-thawed. The homeowner is on her phone Googling 'lawn care Lincoln' before the snow is gone, because she does not want to be a month late on signup like last year. Whoever has a real service-and-town page closes the season. The rest of you scramble for what is left in May.
A competitor's site shows up first in Lincoln searches. Yours does not. The why is structural, not a copy tweak.
Spring rush brings 100 calls in two weeks then nothing books for July.
Your hardscape portfolio is your best work, but the site buries it on one services page.
Snow contracts get signed in October, but you have no online way to capture inquiries.
Three other landscapers in town have nicer websites than you.
Most websites are 5-page brochures. Yours becomes a matrix: every service you sell, in every town you cover, on its own page that ranks for the search that matches it. The page count compounds. The ranking compounds. So does the lead flow.
Same approach, three different home-service industries. These numbers come from the live sites running today.
Service-by-town matrix built around the franchisee's dealer network. Currently the highest-ranking AAC franchisee in their territory.
Replaced a slow WordPress site with 99 legacy URL redirects preserved so the existing search rankings carried over instead of dying in 404s.
By next spring, your seasonal signup is filled by March 1, not by July 4. Mowing, fertilization, weed control, landscape design, hardscaping, and snow removal: each pulls leads from its own search in every town. The customer signed up months before the first cut because your site spoke to her in February when she was actually shopping.
Week 1Service-and-season matrix approved.
Week 2Site live with online signup form and seasonal landing pages.
Month 3Ranking for spring-signup and seasonal-service searches across Lincoln.
Month 6Whole season booked weeks before the work starts.
Month to month · Bring your domain · We build, host and own the site · Walk away whenever
For reference A full year of this is less than what most contractor-marketing agencies charge for the discovery deck.
Same price whether your site has 20 pages or 200. Hosting, updates, Google Business Profile, and the lead form all included. Nothing extra to bolt on, nothing metered, no surprise invoice when traffic grows.
What is in the $497: design, build, hosting, lead form, Google Business Profile management, monthly content updates, and the owner who built your site picking up the phone when you call. No middlemen, no per-page upcharges, no offshore subcontracting.
How it works: you are subscribing to the website, not buying it. We build it, host it, and keep adding to it every month, and it stays ours — that is why nothing is due up front and nothing ties you in. Your domain is yours and so is every lead it brings you. Cancel and the site comes down, and we point your domain wherever you say.

Flat $497 a month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any time. That covers the custom website, hosting, security, contact form, and monthly copy and search updates. Domain registration is included if you do not own one yet.
Usually one to two weeks from our first call. The last two sites we launched went live in 10 days and 6 days. Your Lincoln site can be ranking the same week.
The owner. One studio in Wisconsin. No middlemen, no overseas teams, no offshore subcontracting. We work with US companies only. Lincoln is one of 50 North Dakota towns we cover, plus markets across the Upper Midwest.
No. We build landscaping websites for landscaping companies across North Dakota including Bismarck, and Mandan. Every landscaping company client we work with gets a page for every town they serve, not just the one they are based in.
You keep your domain and every lead the site captured. The website itself stays ours - it is a service we build, host, and run, not a file we hand over - so we take it offline and point your domain wherever you want. No exit fee. No fine print. Same policy for Lincoln clients as anywhere else.
Nobody honest will promise you a Google ranking, and we will not either. What we promise is the work: a site built right, set up for local search from day one, with a real page for landscaping website design in Lincoln so you actually have a shot at ranking. That is more than most of your competitors have.
Lincoln is a Bismarck suburb. The growing residential base and the proximity to the metro keep service-business demand reliable.
Lincoln has no old fabric to protect because the city itself is barely fifty years old - it began as the Fort Lincoln Estates housing development platted in 1972 and did not incorporate until July 12, 1977. The population grew from about 1,730 in 2000 to 4,257 at the 2020 count, more than doubling in two decades and making it the 15th largest city in the state. That means almost the entire housing stock is post-1975 and much of it post-2000, so the roofs, siding, decks and mechanicals are reaching their first replacement cycle at roughly the same time. For a contractor that reads as a synchronized wave of re-roofs, deck rebuilds and HVAC swaps rather than scattered one-off jobs.
Lincoln is essentially residential, with no downtown employment base, and Lincoln Road runs straight into Bismarck where most residents commute for work. The city did not even have its own public school until Lincoln Elementary opened in 2014; before that, kids were bused into Bismarck, and the district is still Bismarck Public Schools. The buyer here is a young family in a newer home with warranty-age everything, which is exactly the household that hires out concrete coating, landscaping and remodel work instead of nursing an aging house. It is a bedroom suburb, so the trade money follows homeowners with disposable income and no century-old structure eating their budget.
The defining fact is the winter. Lincoln sits on open prairie just southeast of Bismarck in the Missouri River country, where the climate is severely continental - Bismarck averages close to 49 inches of snow a year and has recorded 45 below zero. Frost drives deep into this ground, so footings for decks, additions and posts have to reach well below the frost line or they heave, and exterior coatings and sealants only last if they are rated for that freeze-thaw punishment. A contractor who talks about frost depth and freeze-thaw here is speaking the language every Lincoln homeowner already worries about.
The page you are reading is one of 21 service pages built for Lincoln alone. Each one targets the specific search a buyer in this market actually types. That is the matrix at work, scaled to a single city.
Tell us about your business. We get back the same business day. No sales deck, no pressure. The owner who builds your site is the one who answers the phone.
