You talk to the owner who builds it.
A retaining wall in New Town has been leaning a little more each spring, and this year there is a crack running through it. The homeowner searches, gets a landscaping company with a pretty patio gallery, and hires them. The wall is rebuilt without drainage and it fails again in three years. You would have known that. You were never in the results.
A competitor's site shows up first in New Town searches. Yours does not. The why is structural, not a copy tweak.
Retaining wall repair is urgent and structural; it ranks behind patio inspiration photos.
Homeowners cannot tell a real mason from a landscaper with a plate compactor, and the site does not help.
Chimney work, paver patios and structural walls are three different buyers on one page.
Frost depth and drainage decide whether a wall survives here, and nobody explains that locally.
Most websites are 5-page brochures. Yours becomes a matrix: every service you sell, in every town you cover, on its own page that ranks for the search that matches it. The page count compounds. The ranking compounds. So does the lead flow.
Same approach, three different home-service industries. These numbers come from the live sites running today.
Service-by-town matrix built around the franchisee's dealer network. Currently the highest-ranking AAC franchisee in their territory.
Replaced a slow WordPress site with 99 legacy URL redirects preserved so the existing search rankings carried over instead of dying in 404s.
Most masonry contractors we talk to have already been pitched by a marketing agency with a glossy deck. Here is what we do differently and why it costs less.
Same wall, different year. The homeowner searches retaining wall repair in her town and finds your page for it, explaining why walls fail here - frost, drainage, the clay - and what a real fix involves. She calls you because the page proved you know the ground. You quote the job properly instead of underbidding a landscaper.
Month 1A page per service in every town you serve, live and indexed.
Month 2Structural repair ranking separately from patio design.
Month 4Calls arriving from people who already trust you know the ground.
Month 6Fewer bids against landscapers, more work priced as structural.
Month to month · Bring your domain · We build, host and own the site · Walk away whenever
For reference A full year of this is less than what most contractor-marketing agencies charge for the discovery deck.
Same price whether your site has 20 pages or 200. Hosting, updates, Google Business Profile, and the lead form all included. Nothing extra to bolt on, nothing metered, no surprise invoice when traffic grows.
What is in the $497: design, build, hosting, lead form, Google Business Profile management, monthly content updates, and the owner who built your site picking up the phone when you call. No middlemen, no per-page upcharges, no offshore subcontracting.
How it works: you are subscribing to the website, not buying it. We build it, host it, and keep adding to it every month, and it stays ours — that is why nothing is due up front and nothing ties you in. Your domain is yours and so is every lead it brings you. Cancel and the site comes down, and we point your domain wherever you say.

The owner. One studio in Wisconsin. No middlemen, no overseas teams, no offshore subcontracting. We work with US companies only. New Town is one of 50 North Dakota towns we cover, plus markets across the Upper Midwest.
No. We build masonry websites for masonry contractors across North Dakota including Stanley, and Williston. Every masonry contractor client we work with gets a page for every town they serve, not just the one they are based in.
You keep your domain and every lead the site captured. The website itself stays ours - it is a service we build, host, and run, not a file we hand over - so we take it offline and point your domain wherever you want. No exit fee. No fine print. Same policy for New Town clients as anywhere else.
Nobody honest will promise you a Google ranking, and we will not either. What we promise is the work: a site built right, set up for local search from day one, with a real page for masonry and retaining wall website design in New Town so you actually have a shot at ranking. That is more than most of your competitors have.
New Town sits on the Fort Berthold reservation in western North Dakota. The energy economy and the regional service area keep service-business work busy.
New Town is one of the few places in America that exists because older towns were deliberately drowned. It was platted in 1950 to relocate residents of Sanish and Van Hook ahead of the Garrison Dam, which flooded the Missouri River bottomlands and took under the reservation town of Elbowoods and thousands of acres of the best farmland behind Lake Sakakawea. So there is almost no pre-1950 fabric here - the whole townsite is a planned mid-century build that grew a second time during the Bakken oil boom. That means most of the housing and commercial stock is 1950s frame construction or newer boom-era builds, which is exactly the kind of siding, roofing, and mechanical work that ages into a job.
The economy is the MHA Nation and oil. New Town is the tribal headquarters of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara Nation, and Fort Berthold sits on top of the Bakken, producing a large share of North Dakota's oil. The MHA Nation runs the 4 Bears Casino and Lodge just across the river, which recently finished a major expansion including a new hotel tower. One real consideration for any contractor working here: much of this is tribal trust land, so jobs can fall under tribal jurisdiction and the Three Affiliated Tribes TERO office, which has enforced Indian-preference hiring and contractor registration on the reservation since 1977.
The defining feature is the water and the crossing over it. New Town sits right where Lake Sakakawea is spanned by the Four Bears Bridge, the current version of which opened in 2005 as one of the longest bridges in the state. The lake also sets the terms for exterior trades: North Dakota winters here are severe, frost drives deep, and anything you build on the ground - concrete, coatings, footings, landscaping - has to survive hard freeze-thaw cycles and a short working season. Getting the base and the drainage right is not optional this far north.
The page you are reading is one of 21 service pages built for New Town alone. Each one targets the specific search a buyer in this market actually types. That is the matrix at work, scaled to a single city.
Tell us about your business. We get back the same business day. No sales deck, no pressure. The owner who builds your site is the one who answers the phone.
