Someone in Minot just found a wasp nest under the eave. Or a mouse in the pantry. Or termite damage in the joist they exposed when they pulled the carpet. They reach for the phone and Google 'pest control Minot.' They do not call the company with the funniest mascot. They call the one whose site says 'we treat your problem in Minot this week.' That is the page you do not have today.
A competitor's site shows up first in Minot searches. Yours does not. The why is structural, not a copy tweak.
Hornet emergencies go to whoever is reachable in five minutes.
Recurring service contracts (mosquitoes, ants) are your bread and butter but the site barely sells them.
Wildlife removal is profitable but the site lumps it with general pest control.
Terminix and Orkin outrank you for your own town's pest searches.
Most websites are 5-page brochures. Yours becomes a matrix: every service you sell, in every town you cover, on its own page that ranks for the search that matches it. The page count compounds. The ranking compounds. So does the lead flow.
Same approach, three different home-service industries. These numbers come from the live sites running today.
Service-by-town matrix built around the franchisee's dealer network. Currently the highest-ranking AAC franchisee in their territory.
Replaced a slow WordPress site with 99 legacy URL redirects preserved so the existing search rankings carried over instead of dying in 404s.
A year in, every pest-and-town combination you cover has its own ranked page. Ants, mice, termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes, wildlife: each pulls its own search. The monthly maintenance contract signup happens through a form because the page selling it exists. You stop competing on price with the national chains because your site reads like the local expert you actually are.
Week 1Pest-and-town matrix approved.
Week 2Site live with seasonal callouts and same-week-treatment visible.
Month 3Ranking for wasp, termite, mouse-exterminator searches in Minot.
Month 6Monthly-contract signups going through the site directly.
Month to month · Bring your domain · We build, host and own the site · Walk away whenever
For reference A full year of this is less than what most contractor-marketing agencies charge for the discovery deck.
Same price whether your site has 20 pages or 200. Hosting, updates, Google Business Profile, and the lead form all included. Nothing extra to bolt on, nothing metered, no surprise invoice when traffic grows.
What is in the $497: design, build, hosting, lead form, Google Business Profile management, monthly content updates, and the owner who built your site picking up the phone when you call. No middlemen, no per-page upcharges, no offshore subcontracting.
How it works: you are subscribing to the website, not buying it. We build it, host it, and keep adding to it every month, and it stays ours — that is why nothing is due up front and nothing ties you in. Your domain is yours and so is every lead it brings you. Cancel and the site comes down, and we point your domain wherever you say.

The owner. One studio in Wisconsin. No middlemen, no overseas teams, no offshore subcontracting. We work with US companies only. Minot is one of 50 North Dakota towns we cover, plus markets across the Upper Midwest.
No. We build pest control websites for pest control companies across North Dakota including and Burlington. Every pest control company client we work with gets a page for every town they serve, not just the one they are based in.
You keep your domain and every lead the site captured. The website itself stays ours - it is a service we build, host, and run, not a file we hand over - so we take it offline and point your domain wherever you want. No exit fee. No fine print. Same policy for Minot clients as anywhere else.
Nobody honest will promise you a Google ranking, and we will not either. What we promise is the work: a site built right, set up for local search from day one, with a real page for pest control website design in Minot so you actually have a shot at ranking. That is more than most of your competitors have.
Minot is the service-business hub for north-central North Dakota. The air-force base, the energy economy, and the rebuilding from the 2011 flood have kept trades steady for over a decade.
Minot does have protected old fabric downtown: the Minot Commercial Historic District (listed 1980) and the Minot Industrial Historic District (listed 1986) cover the early-1900s brick core the Great Northern Railway put up. The residential picture, though, was rewritten in June 2011, when the Souris River crested higher than any flood on record and put roughly 4,100 homes under water, close to a quarter of the city's housing stock, and pushed more than 11,000 people out. Much of the valley floor was rebuilt from 2012 on and the city relocated families to higher upland neighborhoods, so a large share of Minot's homes are either post-flood new builds or mid-century ranches that were gutted to the studs and redone. For the trades that leaves a lot of basements, foundations, and mechanical systems younger than the houses around them.
Two anchors carry the economy. Minot Air Force Base is the largest employer in Ward County and home to two of the three legs of the nuclear triad, the 5th Bomb Wing flying B-52s and the 91st Missile Wing running Minuteman III silos, with a base population near 12,800 and about a $651 million local impact in 2024. Trinity Health, the regional hospital system, is the largest civilian employer with more than 2,500 workers and opened its new $550 million campus in southwest Minot in 2023. The result is two buyer types: military households that rent and rotate out every few years, and a steadier civilian base of healthcare, retail, and oilfield-service families who own and stay.
The old money here was rail. Minot was born in 1886 as a Great Northern division point, a tent town that filled so fast it got called the Magic City, and the railroad ran the town for the better part of a century. The current money is oil: Minot is a staging and service hub on the northeast edge of the Bakken, and the 2008 to 2014 fracking boom poured workers, rigs, and construction into the city before the slowdown cooled it. Underneath both, this is a Souris River valley town with hard winters and a short exterior season, which is why roofing, siding, and concrete crews here have to book tight around the weather.
The page you are reading is one of 21 service pages built for Minot alone. Each one targets the specific search a buyer in this market actually types. That is the matrix at work, scaled to a single city.
Tell us about your business. We get back the same business day. No sales deck, no pressure. The owner who builds your site is the one who answers the phone.
