You talk to the owner who builds it.
A homeowner in Vermillion sees black streaks on the north side of the roof and searches. She gets six results that all look the same, all showing a driveway before-and-after, all offering a price. She picks the cheapest. The guy blasts the shingles with a pressure washer, voids the roof warranty, and now the whole trade looks like a risk.
A competitor's site shows up first in Vermillion searches. Yours does not. The why is structural, not a copy tweak.
Anyone can buy a machine and undercut you, and your site looks exactly like theirs.
Roof soft wash is the high-margin job and the site ranks for $99 driveway cleaning.
Commercial and fleet work is recurring contract revenue with no page to land on.
Homeowners do not know soft wash from pressure wash, so they shop on price alone.
Most websites are 5-page brochures. Yours becomes a matrix: every service you sell, in every town you cover, on its own page that ranks for the search that matches it. The page count compounds. The ranking compounds. So does the lead flow.
Same approach, three different home-service industries. These numbers come from the live sites running today.
Service-by-town matrix built around the franchisee's dealer network. Currently the highest-ranking AAC franchisee in their territory.
Replaced a slow WordPress site with 99 legacy URL redirects preserved so the existing search rankings carried over instead of dying in 404s.
Most pressure washing companies we talk to have already been pitched by a marketing agency with a glossy deck. Here is what we do differently and why it costs less.
Same homeowner, and your page for roof soft wash in her town explains the difference between soft wash and pressure, why the cheap quote will cost her a roof, and what you carry for insurance. She books you at your price without a single objection, because the page already won the argument.
Month 1A page per service live in every town you serve.
Month 2Roof and house washing ranking above the $99 driveway searches.
Month 4Commercial and fleet enquiries arriving on their own pages.
Month 6Competing on being the established company instead of the cheapest.
Month to month · Bring your domain · We build, host and own the site · Walk away whenever
For reference A full year of this is less than what most contractor-marketing agencies charge for the discovery deck.
Same price whether your site has 20 pages or 200. Hosting, updates, Google Business Profile, and the lead form all included. Nothing extra to bolt on, nothing metered, no surprise invoice when traffic grows.
What is in the $497: design, build, hosting, lead form, Google Business Profile management, monthly content updates, and the owner who built your site picking up the phone when you call. No middlemen, no per-page upcharges, no offshore subcontracting.
How it works: you are subscribing to the website, not buying it. We build it, host it, and keep adding to it every month, and it stays ours — that is why nothing is due up front and nothing ties you in. Your domain is yours and so is every lead it brings you. Cancel and the site comes down, and we point your domain wherever you say.

The owner. One studio in Wisconsin. No middlemen, no overseas teams, no offshore subcontracting. We work with US companies only. Vermillion is one of 47 South Dakota towns we cover, plus markets across the Upper Midwest.
No. We build pressure washing websites for pressure washing companies across South Dakota including and Yankton. Every pressure washing company client we work with gets a page for every town they serve, not just the one they are based in.
You keep your domain and every lead the site captured. The website itself stays ours - it is a service we build, host, and run, not a file we hand over - so we take it offline and point your domain wherever you want. No exit fee. No fine print. Same policy for Vermillion clients as anywhere else.
Nobody honest will promise you a Google ranking, and we will not either. What we promise is the work: a site built right, set up for local search from day one, with a real page for pressure washing website design in Vermillion so you actually have a shot at ranking. That is more than most of your competitors have.
Vermillion is anchored by the University of South Dakota. The student housing market, the historic downtown, and the steady residential base keep service-business demand reliable.
Vermillion does have protected old fabric: the Downtown Historic District, 34 contributing buildings put up between 1880 and 1942, went on the National Register in 2003, and a Forest Avenue district followed later. The oldest commercial brick came from Bower's Brick Yard in town, and the rougher facades are unpolished Sioux Quartzite quarried nearby, so masonry and tuckpointing on the older stock is real work, not veneer. Most of the housing, though, is ordinary frame wrapped around a student-rental market: USD pulls in roughly nine thousand students, a large share of the near-campus homes are cut into rentals, and that means turnover, deferred landlord maintenance, and roofs, gutters, and exteriors that get patched rather than replaced.
The economy runs on one institution. The University of South Dakota is the state flagship and its oldest public university, home to South Dakota's only law school and only medical school, and it is by a wide margin the largest employer in town, with educational services dwarfing every other sector. The other anchors are narrower: Polaris operates a parts, garments, and accessories distribution center here, and the National Music Museum, founded on the USD campus in 1973, holds more than 15,000 instruments. The paying contractor customer is a landlord, a small Main Street commercial owner, or a faculty or staff homeowner, not a subdivision builder.
The town you see sits on the bluff because the old one is gone. Original Vermillion stood on the Missouri River bottom as a steamboat stop until the flood and ice gorges of March 1881 wiped it out, and the town voted to rebuild up on the bluff above the floodplain rather than down on Broadway. That decision still governs exterior work: buildings sit on high, wind-exposed ground, winters run hard with January lows near 13 degrees, and frost drives roughly four feet down into southeastern South Dakota soil, so any footing, deck post, or foundation repair has to reach below the frost line or it heaves.
The page you are reading is one of 21 service pages built for Vermillion alone. Each one targets the specific search a buyer in this market actually types. That is the matrix at work, scaled to a single city.
Tell us about your business. We get back the same business day. No sales deck, no pressure. The owner who builds your site is the one who answers the phone.
30-minute call, no deck, no upsell. We look at your business, your market, and tell you straight whether the Bindingstone approach fits.
