It is the first real downpour of the season in Fox Point. A homeowner stands at the window watching water pour straight over the front edge of the gutter and pool against the foundation. He gets his phone out. He searches. Three gutter companies come up, none of them you, and by the time the rain stops he has a quote from one of them.
A competitor's site shows up first in Fox Point searches. Yours does not. The why is structural, not a copy tweak.
Every search you win is for cleaning, which is the lowest-margin thing you do.
Seamless replacement is the job worth having, but the site never explains why it beats sectional.
Gutter guards are a four-figure add-on and the site treats them as a footnote.
Storm season buries you and the off-season is silent, because nothing on the site sells planned work.
Most websites are 5-page brochures. Yours becomes a matrix: every service you sell, in every town you cover, on its own page that ranks for the search that matches it. The page count compounds. The ranking compounds. So does the lead flow.
Same approach, three different home-service industries. These numbers come from the live sites running today.
Service-by-town matrix built around the franchisee's dealer network. Currently the highest-ranking AAC franchisee in their territory.
Replaced a slow WordPress site with 99 legacy URL redirects preserved so the existing search rankings carried over instead of dying in 404s.
Most gutter companies we talk to have already been pitched by a marketing agency with a glossy deck. Here is what we do differently and why it costs less.
Same storm, next year. Same homeowner. He searches, your page for his town is the first thing he sees, and it is not a cleaning page - it is about why his sectional gutters keep failing and what seamless costs. He fills the form out standing at the window. You quote a full replacement instead of a $180 cleanout.
Month 1Site live and indexed across Fox Point and every town around it.
Month 2Guard and replacement pages ranking separately from cleaning.
Month 4Storm-season inbound arrives on the replacement pages, not the cleanout page.
Month 6Off-season stays busy because planned work has somewhere to land.
Month to month · Bring your domain · We build, host and own the site · Walk away whenever
For reference A full year of this is less than what most contractor-marketing agencies charge for the discovery deck.
Same price whether your site has 20 pages or 200. Hosting, updates, Google Business Profile, and the lead form all included. Nothing extra to bolt on, nothing metered, no surprise invoice when traffic grows.
What is in the $497: design, build, hosting, lead form, Google Business Profile management, monthly content updates, and the owner who built your site picking up the phone when you call. No middlemen, no per-page upcharges, no offshore subcontracting.
How it works: you are subscribing to the website, not buying it. We build it, host it, and keep adding to it every month, and it stays ours — that is why nothing is due up front and nothing ties you in. Your domain is yours and so is every lead it brings you. Cancel and the site comes down, and we point your domain wherever you say.

Flat $497 a month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any time. That covers the custom website, hosting, security, contact form, and monthly copy and search updates. Domain registration is included if you do not own one yet.
Usually one to two weeks from our first call. The last two sites we launched went live in 10 days and 6 days. Your Fox Point site can be ranking the same week.
The owner. One studio in Wisconsin. No middlemen, no overseas teams, no offshore subcontracting. We work with US companies only. Fox Point is one of 110 Wisconsin towns we cover, plus markets across the Upper Midwest.
No. We build gutter websites for gutter companies across Wisconsin including Whitefish Bay, Shorewood, and Bayside. Every gutter company client we work with gets a page for every town they serve, not just the one they are based in.
You keep your domain and every lead the site captured. The website itself stays ours - it is a service we build, host, and run, not a file we hand over - so we take it offline and point your domain wherever you want. No exit fee. No fine print. Same policy for Fox Point clients as anywhere else.
Nobody honest will promise you a Google ranking, and we will not either. What we promise is the work: a site built right, set up for local search from day one, with a real page for gutter installation website design in Fox Point so you actually have a shot at ranking. That is more than most of your competitors have.
Fox Point is a small North Shore Milwaukee suburb. The high-end residential base drives service-business demand toward higher-ticket installs and ongoing maintenance contracts.
Fox Point has no National Register historic district, just two individual listings, both added in 2005: Frank Lloyd Wright's Albert and Edith Adelman House, a 1948 design in concrete block and cypress set at the back of a two-and-a-half-acre wooded ravine lot, and the Mary Nohl art environment on the lakefront. Most of the housing is postwar rather than old fabric - the village jumped from about 1,180 residents in 1940 to nearly 8,000 by 1970, and roughly three-quarters of it is single-family detached on large lots the zoning deliberately keeps big. The 2024 median home value runs around $444,700. That leaves a lot of mid-century houses on generous lots, which means additions, full remodels, roof and window replacement, and mechanical updates on homes whose owners can pay for quality.
The buyer here is affluent and settled. Median household income sits above $140,000, better than three in four households own rather than rent, and the median age is in the mid-forties, so these are established owners, not first-timers stretching for a starter house. There is almost no commercial base - Fox Point is residential by design, and its workers commute out to health care, education, and manufacturing jobs in the wider Milwaukee area - so a contractor is selling to homeowners, not businesses, and those homeowners choose on reputation and finish, not on being the cheapest bid. The village even carries a Moody's Aaa rating, the only village in Wisconsin to hold it, which tells you how money-conscious and quality-minded this base is.
The defining fact of working here is the ground itself. Fox Point sits on the Lake Michigan bluff with wooded ravines cutting inland from it, and the village regulates construction and even tree cutting on the banks of those ravines and the bluff under its own stormwater and bluff-regulation code. The reason is physical: surface and groundwater draining toward the bluff face undercuts the slope and drives recession, so drainage, grading, and slope work are not afterthoughts here but the thing that keeps a house from moving. For any contractor working the east side of the village, that means permits, setbacks, and real erosion-control competence, not just a price.
The page you are reading is one of 21 service pages built for Fox Point alone. Each one targets the specific search a buyer in this market actually types. That is the matrix at work, scaled to a single city.
