Your leads

Every lead in one place, on your phone

A lead comes in and your phone buzzes with their name, their town and their number. One tap calls them back. The list keeps every lead and where it stands, so nothing lives on a scrap of paper.

The lead system is called Crew Lead, and it's part of what we run for you.

One screen per lead

Open a lead and every call, text and email on it is right there. The first reply already went out from your business number, so the customer has heard from you before you put the phone down.

The review ask after the job

Mark the job done and the customer gets a text asking for a review, with a link straight to your Google listing. It goes out once, and never at night.

All of it runs on the phone in your truck, and the same screens open on a laptop.

Two days after the job

Hi Sarah, thanks for choosing Acme Landscaping. If we did right by you, would you drop us a quick review? Reply STOP to opt out.

The basics

What a contractor does with a lead

Eight things, and what handles each one now.

  1. Write the lead down

Every request from your website, your Google profile, a missed call, a text or an email lands in one list, with their name, their town, their number and what they asked for. Nothing gets written on a receipt.

  2. Know one came in

A text and an email go out the second the lead lands. The text is built for a lock screen: who it is, where they are, what they want, and their number, in that order.

  3. Call back first

The link in that text opens one screen with a Call button on it. No password, no app to download, and it loads on job site signal.

  4. Say something back right now

The customer gets a text from your business number within seconds, so they've heard from you before you've put your gloves back on. Your alert tells you it went, so you don't send a second one.

  5. Remember what you said

Open a lead and every call, text and email on it is on one screen. Texts send from your business number and emails from your address, so the customer only ever sees you.

  6. Know where each one stands

Five statuses, and they're the words you already use: new, contacted, quoted, booked, lost. Move a lead and the list moves with it.

  7. Know what needs you today

The first screen leads with whoever has been waiting longest, with Call and Text right on the row, then the week's numbers underneath.

  8. Ask for the review

Mark the job done and the customer gets a text asking for a review, with a link straight to your Google listing. Once, and never at night.

Quotes, jobs and invoices are in there too. They're a bigger story than the pad, so they're not on this page.

How do I get into the map pack?
The map pack is the three businesses Google shows on the map before the list. Getting in takes a page on your website for that service in that town, a Google listing that matches your website, and reviews from finished jobs. The site gives you the page, we line your listing up with it, and the lead system asks every finished job for a review with a link to your listing.
What does a contractor website cost?
Bought separately, a contractor website runs $2,500 to $6,000 to build, then $650 to $2,150 a month for local SEO, hosting and a lead app, plus $300 to $1,200 for each extra town page. Here it's $497 a month for all of it: the site, a page for every service in every town you work in, hosting, your Google listing lined up, and leads to your phone. No setup fee, no contract.

Ready to show up in every town you work in?

Your site can be live in about ten days. After that, the towns you drive to can find you.
