Text message terms
The texts we send and how to stop them
These are the terms for text messages from Bindingstone. They apply when you check the text message box on one of our forms and give us your phone number. Checking it is your choice, and it isn't a condition of buying anything. Our texts come from (715) 961-4192.

The program
The texts come from Bindingstone, run by Bindingstone LLC, a Wisconsin company. We send them through Twilio.
Who gets texts and what they say
Customers who checked the box when they signed up get texts about their leads and their account. A new lead from your website is the main one.
Someone who checked the box on the contact form gets texts about the message they sent us, if we need to reach them that way.
We don't send marketing texts, and we don't text anyone who didn't check the box.
How you opt in
The box on the form starts unchecked. Checking it and sending the form is how you opt in. We keep the time you checked it and the words that were beside it.
How often, and what it costs
Message frequency varies. For a customer it depends on how many leads the site brings in. Message and data rates may apply. Those are your carrier's rates, not ours.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text from (715) 961-4192 and they stop. You can also email hey@bindingstone.com and ask. Stopping the texts doesn't change your service. Your leads still come by email and still show up in your account.
Help
Reply HELP to any text from (715) 961-4192, or email hey@bindingstone.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number
We use your number to send the texts you opted in to, and for nothing else. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The privacy policy has the rest.
The rest of the terms
These sit alongside our terms of service and our privacy policy. If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Email hey@bindingstone.com with any question about texts.
